Eligibility: Open to all 50 states of the USA, Canada and international. Not open to previous winners, or members of their households. You must be 18 years or older to participate. Participants must have a valid driver’s license. Immediate family members or those residing within the household of any Motor Maker Employee or Owner are ineligible to participate. Entries will be granted to the name of the person who made the entry. By participating in this promotion, contestants are bound by these rules and regulations. Entries must be made using the full legal name.

Promotion Period: Promotion begins on October 12th, 2023 at 12:00 AM and ends on or before October 12th, 2024 at 11:59:59 PM. As soon as 1,200 entries are filled a winner will be randomly selected.

Grand Prize: 1948 Harley Davidson EL Panhead with Sidecar.

How to Enter:

1. Merchandise: One (1) free entry will be granted per 1948 Panhead Sticker purchase. Entries will be submitted using the name, phone number and email address used at checkout, case-sensitive.

Canadian/International Participation: International residents may participate in the giveaway. Shipping the vehicle to international destinations will be at the cost of the promotional winner. Motor Maker will contribute $500 towards shipping expenses. Any modifications that are needed to pass international vehicle importation regulations will be done at the promotional winners expense. It is the promotional winner's responsibility to pay any and all fees, taxes or duties associated with importing the vehicle.

Deciding the Winner: On or before October 12th, 2024, Entries 1 to 1200 will be placed into a barrel, and a single entry will be randomly drawn. The chosen number will then be cross-referenced with the respective participant's name to determine the winner. To maintain transparency and foster trust in the promotion, all entries from 1 to 1200 will be publicly displayed on our social media platforms.The drawing will be broadcast on Motor Maker's social media outlets i.e. Facebook, and Instagram during a live stream event. The event will take place at 12:00 PM, EST. The live stream will be open 5 minutes before the event begins for participants to ask questions. The winner will be chosen and immediately notified. The winner will be notified via: first, a telephone call to the phone number they provided, second, an email to the email address provided and 3^rd, a physical letter to the physical shipping address they provided. If the winner does not respond by November 12th, 2024, a new winner will be declared and the same process of notifying the winner will commence. Once the winner has acknowledged they won the promotion, the promotion will officially be closed.

Vehicle Transport and Transfer of Ownership: Motor Maker provides complimentary delivery anywhere within the lower 48 states. Additionally, a $500 shipping credit is offered for transportation to Canada.

Warranty: The aforementioned vehicle has no warranty expressed or implied. The promotion winner accepts all responsibility for future maintenance or repairs.

Emissions: Due to the nature of this vehicle, it may not be smog compliant in your state. This vehicle is intended to be registered as a classic vehicle. It is the winner's responsibility to ensure the vehicle passes smog in their state if it is required by their state.

Title, Registration and Taxes: Motor Maker is not liable to the taxes from winning the grand prize. Said fees are the responsibility of the Promotion Winner. A 1099 Form will be submitted to the Internal Revenue Service by Motor Maker on behalf on the giveaway winner. This value will be required of the giveaway winner to report as income on their 2023 tax filings with the IRS. A W-9 Form will be emailed to the winner by Motor Maker to be filled out and returned.

Liability: Motor Maker and its owners are not liable for any harm, accident or death that may occur as a result of driving or operating this classic motorcycle. Drivers and their passengers assume all risks that are involved in operating a motorcycle or being a passenger. Promotion winners are responsible for inspecting the vehicle each time before they operate it. By participating in this sweepstakes, you acknowledge that classic motorcycles require much more attention and care than modern vehicles. Aging components may lead to incident, harm or death. Classic motorcycles do not meet modern safety requirements. The promotional winner assumes this risk when they operate the vehicle. Any work provided by any other shop, builder or mechanic is NOT the liability of Motor Maker or its affiliates.

Return Policy (Goods): Returns for any good purchased on the website are only valid during the giveaway promotion. Once the giveaway has closed, returns will not be accepted.
